This 2.0 contact-hour, application-based continuing education activity is designed for pharmacy technicians and CPhTs working under pharmacist supervision. It covers nonsterile compounding principles for cannabinoid-containing topical preparations, including dosage forms, ingredient functions, concentration calculations, geometric dilution, stability, beyond-use dating, USP <795> documentation, labeling, quality assurance, and error prevention. Learners will apply calculations and technician-level verification procedures through case-based scenarios while recognizing when discrepancies require pharmacist escalation. This activity is educational and does not authorize compounding, possession, dispensing, or distribution of cannabis or cannabinoid ingredients.
