Education: Building Knowledge That Empowers
Education is the foundation of progress. The cannabis industry is expanding rapidly—with global revenue projected to surpass $70 billion by 2025’s end—yet many individuals still lack access to the science, safety, and professional training needed to work responsibly withing this space.
Through programs like Armintia’s ACE Course, we’re changing that. Our curriculum prepares students to become Certified Cannabis Dispensary Technicians, trained in inventory management, compliance, and patient care. More importantly, it teaches the “why” behind the science—empowering future professionals to operate with purpose, confidence, and credibility.
By aligning education with real-world regulations and standards, Armintia is helping shape a skilled workforce ready to lead Virginia into a compliant, ethical, and innovative cannabis era.
Transparency: Doing Cannabinoids the Right Way
For many, cannabis remains a misunderstood or stigmatized subject. That’s why transparency is not just an industry best practice—it’s a moral responsibility.
From testing and labeling to retail environments and community education, transparency builds trust. At Green Alliance Labs, where I serve as Lab Director, we ensure every product meets the highest standards of accuracy and safety. These same values carry into our work at Armintia, where students learn the importance of data integrity, consumer protection, and ethical accountability.
Transparency is how we distinguish responsible operators from the noise of an unregulated market. It’s how we ensure that what’s grown, sold, and consumed in Virginia reflects science—not guesswork.
Community: Leading with Integrity and Inclusion
Virginia Beach is home to an incredibly diverse and engaged community—one that deserves to understand what safe, responsible cannabis looks like.
From our collaborations with Roanoke College, Council Member Cash Jackson-Green, and Earth Elements, to local educational events and workforce partnerships, our mission remains rooted in the belief that community comes first.
Cannabis done right means creating opportunities, not obstacles. It means giving small businesses, veterans, students, and everyday citizens a fair and informed path to participate in a growing economy. It means ensuring that Virginia Beach becomes not just a hub for innovation, but a model for inclusion.
Looking Ahead
As Virginia continues to shape its cannabis landscape, Armintia will remain at the forefront of research, education, and responsible development.
We envision a future where science guides policy, where local entrepreneurs thrive, and where every resident can trust that the products and people representing this industry are doing it the right way.
Together—through education, transparency, and community—we can set the standard for what a modern, ethical cannabis ecosystem looks like in Virginia Beach.
