Cancellation Policy

A.C.E. | Armintia Education and Research Institute Advancing Cannabinoid Research, Development, and Education Payment and Military Accommodation Policy This policy outlines the financial terms and military accommodations for the Armintia Cannabinoid Education Course. By submitting payment or deposit to Armintia LLC, you agree to the terms below. Tuition and Payment Terms Total course tuition is $1,250. If you need more time, a non refundable deposit of $350 is required to secure enrollment and reserve a seat. Enrollment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance of $900 must be paid in full within fourteen (14) calendar days of the deposit date. Students may pay in installments of $250 or submit the full balance at any time before the deadline. Failure to complete payment within fourteen (14) days may result in suspension of course access and forfeiture of funds paid. Re-enrollment is not guaranteed and may require repayment of tuition in full. Financial Obligation Submission of the deposit constitutes agreement to pay the full tuition within the required timeframe. Access to course materials, instruction, and exam preparation resources is contingent upon remaining in good financial standing. Course Access Students will receive a Canvas invitation upon receipt of deposit. Continued access requires compliance with the payment schedule. Armintia reserves the right to restrict or suspend access for nonpayment. Veteran and Active Duty Accommodation Armintia supports veterans and active duty service members whose military orders prevent course completion. Eligibility requires submission of official military documentation. Refund Option Eligible students who withdraw due to military orders are entitled to a full refund of tuition and fees paid, regardless of course progress. Refunds will be processed within thirty days of verified documentation. Reinstatement Option In lieu of a refund, eligible students may request reinstatement into a future cohort without penalty or additional tuition. Requests must be made within twelve months of withdrawal. Process Students must submit written notice and documentation to the program administrator and indicate whether a refund or reinstatement is requested. Written confirmation will be provided. By submitting payment or a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
