Cancellation Policy

Armintia LLC – 24-Hour Cancellation Policy At Armintia, LLC, we value the time and commitment of our clients, students, and partners. In order to maintain fairness and efficiency for all, the following cancellation policy applies: 24-Hour Notice Requirement • All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment, class, consultation, or event. • Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior will be subject to a fee. Cancellation Fee • A $200 cancellation fee will be charged to any individual, organization, or entity that cancels without providing at least 24 hours’ notice. • This fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, except in documented cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances approved by Armintia LLC. Payment & Enforcement • The cancellation fee will be invoiced and is due within 7 business days of cancellation. • Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of services, denial of future bookings, or collection action if necessary. Rescheduling • If you reschedule your appointment or event at the time of cancellation, the fee may be waived at the discretion of Armintia LLC. • Rescheduled services must occur within 30 days of the original booking date to qualify for fee waiver consideration. Purpose of Policy This policy ensures that our time, resources, and facilities are respected and available to serve clients and students who are fully committed. It also allows us to maintain fairness and operational efficiency across all Armintia LLC programs and partnerships.
