Armintia LLC Comprehensive Blueprint for Proper Licensing and Setup of Your Cannabinoid Business Professional Policy and Engagement Terms Purpose The Armintia Comprehensive Blueprint is a structured advisory service designed to guide entrepreneurs, operators, and institutions through the proper licensing, regulatory preparation, and operational setup of a compliant cannabinoid business. This service provides strategic, science driven, and policy aligned direction tailored to state and local requirements. Scope of Services The Blueprint may include guidance on business formation, regulatory pathway analysis, license category selection, zoning and land use considerations, laboratory compliance, quality systems, standard operating procedures, education and workforce development planning, packaging and labeling compliance, and risk mitigation strategy. Services are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal representation. Fee Structure Professional consulting services under this Blueprint are billed at $500 per hour. Time is calculated in one hour increments. A written scope of work and estimated hour range will be provided prior to engagement. A retainer may be required before services begin. Additional services outside the agreed scope require written approval. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding ownership structure, financial capacity, intended operations, and regulatory history. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may extend project timelines and increase billable hours. Compliance and Limitations Armintia provides regulatory and scientific guidance based on current laws, administrative rules, and industry best practices at the time of consultation. Clients remain solely responsible for final business decisions, legal filings, and regulatory submissions. Engagement does not guarantee license approval or business success. Confidentiality All proprietary business information shared during consultation will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing advisory services. Engagement Confirmation Services commence only after written agreement to scope and hourly rate. By engaging Armintia under this policy, the client acknowledges the professional rate of $500 per hour and agrees to the terms outlined herein.
